Glucoraphanin is a powerful antioxidant found in broccoli and is the precursor to sulforaphane. Sulforaphane was identified by researchers at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as the most potent natural inducer of Phase 2 detoxification enzymes, including those in the liver. TrueBroc®, made from broccoli seeds in the U.S., is the world’s highest quality brand of glucoraphanin.
B Vitamins
Drinking can deplete our levels of B vitamins. We included Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B9, and B12 so that we can maintain levels sufficient for liver health.
