REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICIES

REFUNDS 

Give Redee Patch a shot, risk-free. If you're not satisfied with your results after following the tips and instructions provided, just send an email to hello@redeepatch.com for a quick and easy refund*.

*Please note: refund applies to first-time customers only and is for the subtotal of your order (excludes shipping costs and any other applicable fees, like taxes and duties). The maximum we can refund per order is the value of one 30-pack ($39.99 USD). Refund does not include any applicable shipping or customs fees you may have incurred on your order. Redee Mask and Redee Straw are personal use items and cannot be returned. They are not covered by our money-back guarantee.


SHIPPING

U.S. ORDERS
U.S. orders placed before 11am PST ship out the same day and take, on average, 3-7 business days to arrive depending on the shipping method you choose. The 3-7 business days for Standard shipping is an average – not a guarantee. The reason is that time in transit is out of our control and the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Orders placed after 11am PST will ship out the next business day. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you once your order ships and includes tracking. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take 10 or more business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders placed before 11am PST ship out the same day and usually take between 7-15 business days, though it can be longer depending on where you live. Orders placed after 11am PST are shipped out the next business day. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you once your order ships and includes tracking.

Philippines – Due to shipping arrangements between the United States Postal Service and the Philippines postal service, shipments to the Philippines can take between 3-4 weeks, sometimes longer.

Japan and India - We have seen shipments to Japan and India take anywhere up to 4-6 weeks.

CUSTOMS FEES

Some countries charge recipients a customs fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay this fee.

Orders from the UK, for instance, are subject to customs fees that are payable by the customer before delivery and not included in the price of the product or shipping. Customers from the UK can expect to pay an £8 Royal Mail handling fee + 20% VAT.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to the exact address you include in your order. We hope you understand that we can’t be responsible for the following:

Undeliverable packages due to incorrectly entered addresses
Shipments where delivery is attempted multiple times and returned to sender

REJECTED PACKAGES

Depending on where you live, sometimes a person must be present to accept the package to ensure it gets to you. Usually the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) will leave a notification on your door if you are not home. Please sign it and check the box that allows the carrier to leave the package at your doorstep. You can also leave a note for the carrier if you are expecting delivery but will not be home.

If your order is returned to us for any of the reasons listed above, we will reach out to you to sort it out and hopefully find a way to get you your order! If we don’t hear back within 3 days, we will refund you the cost of the order less shipping.
